Registration at Airport There will be a registration desk at Zambia International Airport on 1st of July to the 3rd of July for delegates and visitors to register upon arrival at Zambia. Visitors and delegates are advised to register their contact details with the event organizers whilst staying in Zambia.
Transport
Facilities Buses will be available at Zambia International Airport on 1st July to the 3rd of July to transport participants and visitors who are registered with the organizers to their hotels in Zambia. All participants arriving at the airport in Zambia are advised to inform the organizers on carol@coporate-africa.com of their flight details, and the date, and the time, of their arrival. Private car hire can also be arranged

Completed application form:
• Original, signed United Kingdom passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
• Passport-type photographs: 1 • Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.
• Bank Statement. Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds.
• Business Letter. Original business letter from the host company in Zambia explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel and guaranteeing sufficient funds.
